The Dangote Petroleum Refinery has increased the gantry price of Premium Motor Spirit (PMS), also known as petrol, to ₦1,175 per litre, marking the third price increase within a week.
The latest adjustment, communicated to fuel marketers and depot operators on Monday, represents an increase of ₦180 from the previous ex-depot price of ₦995 per litre announced on Friday. The change reflects an 18.1% rise in just three days.

Industry sources also indicate that the refinery revised the gantry price of Automotive Gas Oil (diesel) to ₦1,620 per litre.
The new prices follow a series of adjustments made last week, when the refinery increased the ex-depot price of petrol from ₦774 to ₦995 per litre, signalling a rapid upward movement in domestic fuel prices.
