Country singer Ella Langley broke the record for most weeks atop the US Billboard Hot 100 chart on Tuesday with her hit ballad “Choosin’ Texas.”

Released in October, the track reached its 23rd week at number one across streaming, radio play, and sales metrics tracked by Luminate, surpassing Mariah Carey’s iconic holiday anthem “All I Want for Christmas Is You.”
