Nigerian Afrobeats star David Adedeji Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, has announced his first-ever festival, titled “Davido & Friends,” scheduled to take place at the Crystal Palace Bowl on August 14, 2026.
The singer revealed the event in a post on X (formerly Twitter), stating that he would be hosting the festival for the first time and that it would be held at the South London venue on the announced date.
The festival is part of the “Palace Bowl Presents” series, a summer lineup of performances running from July 31 to August 16, 2026.
Davido is expected to headline and curate the full-day event, with additional performers described as “friends”, yet to be unveiled.
The announcement follows his 2025 tour in support of his fifth studio album, 5IVE, which saw him perform across multiple cities in Africa and Europe, including stops in Akwa Ibom, Adamawa, Enugu, Ibadan, and Lagos.
