Lagos Takes Proactive Measure to Curb Covid-19 Surge at T.B Joshua’s Funeral

As the Synagogue Church of All Nations (SCOAN) begin the series of planned events for the funeral of founder Prophet T.B. Joshua scheduled to begin today 5th of July to the 11th of July, Lagos State Commissioner for Health, Prof. Akin Abayomi and the Director-General of the Lagos State Safety Commission, Lanre Mojola visited the church for COVID safety and prevention protocols compliance.

In a statement at the weekend, Abayomi explained that the state government considers the funeral activities at SCOAN an important event enough to ensure strict compliance to COVID safety protocols to prevent the importation, transmission or spread of the newly deadly strains of COVID infection to the state or country.

He mentioned that the Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu has instructed that SCOAN be given all the support required to host the funeral event for the late founder inline with strict Covid-19 prevention protocol to limit the possibilities of any foreign variants making its way into the state.
