Tinubu to Address Nigerians on Democracy Day

President Bola Tinubu will deliver a national address on Friday, January 12, in commemoration of Democracy Day, the presidency announced on Thursday.

The speech is scheduled to air at 7:00 am on the Nigerian Television Authority and Radio Nigeria networks, according to a statement by Bayo Onanuga, special adviser to the president on information and strategy.

All television and radio stations are requested to hook up to the NTA and Radio Nigeria networks to carry the broadcast, the statement added.

The president is expected to reflect on Nigeria’s democratic journey and address national issues in his address.
