The trial of former gang leader Duane “Keffe D” Davis has begun in Las Vegas over his alleged involvement in the 1996 murder of American rapper Tupac Shakur.

Prosecutors allege that Davis planned the killing and supplied the gun used to shoot the rapper following a dispute between groups associated with music companies from the US East and West coasts.
