Nigeria: Fire Outbreak at Singer Market in Kano market

An inferno has been reported at Mimza general enterprises – a biscuit and sweet store at Singer market, Kano State in the wee hours of today Tuesday, November 15, 2022.

Singer market is notable for wholesale and retail trading of confectionery, flours, packed food items like pasta as well as soft drinks among others.

Emergency responders from the state fire service were able to bring the blaze under control.
