According to reports, a member of the House of Representatives, Mr Olajide Akinremi, popularly known as Jagaban, has passed away.
The cause of death is unknown.
Akinremi, who died on Wednesday, represented the Ibadan North Federal Constituency of Oyo State.
In accordance with the National Assembly’s custom, plenary and committee operations will be halted to allow members to grieve and pay tribute to their fellow members.
