The #EndBadGovernance demonstrators have continued their protest in the Federal Capital Territory, FCT Abuja. The protest, which was paused due to raids and organiser arrests, is now in full swing.
This demonstration, which began on August 1, 2024, as a reaction to the high cost of living, is anticipated to end today, August 10.
The organisers had pledged to hold a one-million-person protest across the 36 states and the nation’s capital to mark the conclusion of the #EndBadGovernance protest.
The protestors, who gathered on the streets early on Saturday morning, were observed carrying various signs and chanting, “We are hungry.”
