At least 15 people were killed in a drone strike on a market in the besieged Sudanese city of El-Fasher, a medical worker at the local hospital told AFP.
The medic reported that the attack “killed 15 citizens and wounded 12 others, three of them critically.”
Local resistance committees—activists documenting atrocities committed by both warring sides—condemned the strike as a “massacre.” They said a total of 27 people were killed and injured, and accused the paramilitary Rapid Support Forces (RSF) of responsibility.
