Two sailboats carrying humanitarian aid to Cuba arrived in Havana on Saturday after a lengthy voyage from Mexico, during which they went missing and prompted a search-and-rescue operation.
The vessels, with nine people aboard, disappeared between Thursday and Saturday but were later spotted sailing along the capital’s coastline en route to the port, an AFP journalist reported.
