Veteran Nollywood actor and film executive Oludotun Baiyewu Jacobs, popularly known as Olu Jacobs, has died at the age of 84.
The news of his death was announced by his son, Olusoji Jacobs, in a post shared on Instagram on Wednesday, September 16, 2026.
In the post, Olusoji said the family remained grateful for his life and the legacy he leaves behind. He also appealed to the public to respect the family’s privacy as they come to terms with the loss.
