The Super Eagles have successfully defended the Unity Cup title after beating Jamaica 3-0 in the final at The Valley in London on Saturday.
The Nigerian football players exhibited a dominant performance, with Alhassan Yusuf scoring twice and Terem Moffi adding a goal to seal the victory. Nigeria took the lead just four minutes into the match when Yusuf reacted quickly inside the penalty area to score after Jamaica goalkeeper Teddy Sharman-Lowe made an initial save.
The Super Eagles controlled most of the game and doubled their advantage in the 59th minute. Femi Azeez delivered a precise cross into the box, and Moffi headed home to make it 2-0.

Jamaica enjoyed some possession but struggled to create clear chances. The Reggae Boyz also had a penalty appeal turned down after a collision involving goalkeeper Arthur Okonkwo and Kaheim Dixon.
The Eagles remained in control and wrapped up the victory in stoppage time when Yusuf scored his second goal of the night. The win means the Super Eagles have now won all four editions of the Unity Cup since the tournament began in 2002, further strengthening their dominance in the competition.
The victory also marks another successful outing for coach Eric Chelle, whose side reached the final after defeating Zimbabwe 2-0 in the semi-final.
