At least one person has died and dozens more, including children severely wounded after a devastating explosion ripped through Nkambe town on Sunday.

The separatist crisis started in 2016 when Anglophone Cameroonians protested discrimination by the Francophone majority.

More than 6,000 people have been killed and the unrest has deprived over 600,000 children of education, according to the United Nations.
