Arsenal finally got their hands on the Premier League trophy after celebrating their first game as champions with a 2-1 victory over Crystal Palace on Sunday.
The Gunners had already secured their first English title in 22 years on Tuesday when second-placed Manchester City drew at Bournemouth. But lifting the silverware made it official.
After the final whistle at Selhurst Park, captain Martin Odegaard hoisted the trophy as red confetti and fireworks exploded into the air. Players sprayed champagne while thousands of fans sang ‘North London forever’.

Manager Mikel Arteta was tossed into the air by his squad, and Arsenal owner Stan Kroenke carried the trophy onto the pitch for the presentation.
On the pitch, Gabriel Jesus broke the deadlock late in the first half before Noni Madueke added a second after the interval. Jean-Philippe Mateta scored a late consolation for Palace in the 89th minute.
Arsenal forward Max Dowman made history as the youngest ever player to start a Premier League match at 16 years and 144 days old.

Since losing at Manchester City on April 19, Arsenal have won five straight league games to finish seven points clear of Pep Guardiola’s side.
Next up is the Champions League final against Paris Saint-Germain on May 30. A parade in north London is scheduled for May 31.
