The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) says the results of candidates who sat for the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination on Friday, April 17, 2026, will be released before midnight on Saturday.
The announcement was made by JAMB’s Public Communication Advisor, Fabian Benjamin, in a post on his official X( formerly Twitter) account on Saturday.

He said an official statement would be issued once the results are released and that updates would also be shared via his page.
Benjamin wrote that “results of the UTME conducted on Friday, 17 April 2026, will be released before midnight today,” adding that candidates should expect prompt updates once the board finalises the process.
The UTME, which began nationwide on Thursday, is being taken by more than two million candidates across accredited computer-based test centres.
Earlier, JAMB had released results for candidates who sat the examination on Thursday, making 632,788 results available for viewing.
