Slovenian cyclist Tadej Pogacar won an unforgettable 14th stage of the Tour de France on Saturday amid massive crowds in the Vosges to extend his overall lead over Jonas Vingegaard to four and a half minutes.
The Slovenian world champion launched a devastating late attack 1.5 kilometres from the summit of the final climb, securing his fourth stage victory of this year’s race.
His teammate Isaac Del Toro took second place just ahead of teenager Paul Seixas, while Vingegaard crossed the finish line in fourth.
The victory marks Pogacar’s 25th career Tour stage win since his 2020 debut, achieved along a gruelling 155-kilometre route from Mulhouse to Le Markstein Fellering.

Behind the leader, a fierce battle for podium positioning reshaped the standings as Seixas captured the best young rider’s white jersey and moved into fourth place overall.
Olympic champion Remco Evenepoel safely defended his third-place overall standing, weathering alternating heavy showers and finishing just four seconds behind Vingegaard.
