Security Agencies Rescue Three Zamfara Clerics

The Office of the National Security Adviser, the Department of State Services, and the Nigeria Police Force successfully rescued three Islamic clerics kidnapped while travelling to attend a special prayer session for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in Zamfara State.

Heavily armed bandits originally abducted six Imams on September 12 along the Dakko-Damri feeder road near Sububu Forest before demanding a ₦30 million ransom.
