The biography draws on extensive interviews with family members, friends, teammates, and coaches, including Jota’s wife Rute, his parents Isabel and Joaquim, and former manager Jürgen Klopp.

Through these accounts, the book highlights Jota’s determination, talent, and humility, while celebrating his close bond with his brother, André Silva.
It also sensitively addresses the tragic deaths of both brothers in July 2025 shortly after Jota’s wedding, an event that drew global tributes across the sports world.
Delgado noted that he wrote the story with care and honesty to preserve the brothers’ memories and inspire future generations.
Fans can purchase the book online and in official Liverpool FC stores.
This release builds upon ongoing tributes, including a permanent memorial outside Anfield unveiled earlier in 2026.
Through the book sales and the upcoming grassroots initiative, Liverpool FC ensure that Jota’s impact continues to inspire young athletes on and off the pitch.
